QuickInvoice Pro operates as a privacy-first web utility. All document generation, business data inputs, tax calculations, and PDF rendering using JavaScript occur entirely inside your web browser.
We do not store, save, or transmit your invoice details, financial line items, or customer details to any remote server or database. Once you close or refresh your browser tab, your form input data is cleared unless saved in your browser's local storage.
2. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect basic, aggregated traffic statistics (such as browser type, page views, and country of origin) to optimize site performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information (PII) or invoice form data is sent to analytics services.
3. Local Storage Utilization
If you choose to use the "Save Default Details" feature, your business settings (such as your company name, email, or tax number) are saved locally in your own browser's localStorage. This data remains on your machine and is never shared with third parties.
