1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using QuickInvoice Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our web application and client-side tools.
2. Use of the Free Tool
QuickInvoice Pro provides a client-side invoice, estimate, and quote generator free of charge for personal and commercial use. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial figures, tax percentages (such as UK VAT), and client data you input into the forms.
3. Intellectual Property & Branding
The layout, application design, source code structure, and visual assets of QuickInvoice Pro are owned and operated by Artify Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell the underlying source code template as a standalone invoice generation SaaS without prior written authorization.
4. Limitation of Liability
The web application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Artify Studio and QuickInvoice Pro shall not be held liable for any financial discrepancies, tax audit issues, or calculation errors resulting from user-inputted data or PDF generation failures.
